In addition, the new law allows the transfer of insurance contracts, non-state pensions and long-term savings through digital platforms. Generally, such assets are not transferable.

Each CFA proves its owner's monetary claim on the issuer by analogy with a "digital bond" with a turnaround time of 7 days. Expobank stated that after successfully testing the DFA pilot offering, they intend to tokenize other types of assets.
