Hamas denies involvement in the attack by the Israeli military, stating it is still committed to the current ceasefire protocol.

Jin10 reported on October 29 that on the 28th local time, the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) issued a statement denying any connection to the attack on the Israeli military that occurred in the Rafah area of southern Gaza that day, emphasizing that the organization “remains committed to the current ceasefire protocol.” The statement said that the military attacks carried out by the Israeli army in multiple areas of Gaza constitute a “serious violation” of the ceasefire protocol and indicated that the Israeli military has repeatedly violated the ceasefire protocol recently, calling on mediators to pressure Israel to stop the “dangerous and ongoing breach of the agreement.”
