Just updated information on Arkham Intelligence — they added a full analysis of the suspected creator's addresses of Bitcoin. It turns out that Satoshi Nakamoto's wallet contains exactly 1,096,354 BTC, which accounts for 5.22% of all bitcoins in the world. At the current price of about $82,000, that's approximately $108.8 billion.
What's interesting is that they tracked this using the Patoshi pattern, which was described back in 2013. According to the analysis, these are 22,000 addresses that match a unique mining pattern of the creator. If these assets were in one wallet, Satoshi would be the 14th richest person in the world according to Forbes, surpassing Michael Della and Bill Gates.
But here's what's strange — the last time Satoshi Nakamoto's wallet was active was in July 2010, almost 16 years ago. Over the entire period of activity (from January 2009 to July 2010), there were only 13 transactions. The most well-known one is sending 10 BTC to Hal Finney, with a few other addresses receiving coins. The rest are mined bitcoins that have simply remained untouched since then.
So, this entire Satoshi Nakamoto wallet remains one of the biggest mysteries in crypto. No one has figured out who is really behind this name or whether the creator has other addresses that we simply don't know about. It will be interesting to see what happens if these coins ever move.
