It is reported that the allocation of these funds is managed by the Wau Holland Foundation multi-signature address: 0x5D...6143. In the past, due to security reasons, the distribution of funds could not be completely transparent. Now, it is urged that the Wau Holland Foundation provide a detailed account of how the funds are allocated.
