II. Technical Reasons for Going Short
• Daily Level
After topping at high positions, continuous weakness persists. Moving averages show bearish alignment pressing downward; MACD death cross at high levels with volume expansion on green candles, RSI weak; rebounds consistently unable to stabilize at key resistance levels, upward momentum exhausted.
• 4-Hour Level
Clear descending channel with price tightly compressed by Bollinger Band middle rail and moving averages; rebounds lack volume and drop upon resistance, showing bull-trap behavior with bulls unable to break through.
• Volume Structure
Volume expands on downside, contracts on rebounds. Weak rebounds will inevitably revert, bearish rhythm not yet broken.
