In Q1, the average daily volume of encryption contracts on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange reached 198,000 contracts, with an average daily trading of 18,000 BTC futures contracts.
Odaily News The Chicago Mercantile Exchange has released its quarterly trading data report showing that its platform's encryption contracts have an average daily trading volume of 198,000 contracts, with a nominal value of 11.3 billion USD. The average daily trading of BTC futures contracts is 18,000 contracts, while ETH futures contracts average 13,000 contracts daily. There is an increasing interest in micro futures contracts in the market, particularly for micro Ether futures, which have an average daily trading volume of 76,000 contracts. Micro Bitcoin futures trading has also performed well, with a year-on-year growth of 113%, reaching an average daily trading volume of 77,000 contracts. (CoinDesk)
