MyStonks announced on July 9, 2025, that it has obtained the MSB (Money Services Business) license issued by the U.S. FinCEN, becoming a pioneer in the compliance field of digital assets and securities in the United States. According to the roadmap, MyStonks will complete the filing for the U.S. SEC Security Token Offering (STO) in July, launching the Merkle Tree asset on-chain proof mechanism to further enhance asset transparency and user trust. In the future, MyStonks will advance the application for the EU MiCAR license in Q3-Q4 of 2025 and participate in the EU DLT Pilot Regime regulatory pilot, exploring compliance innovation for blockchain securities. From Q4 of 2025 to 2026, the platform will successively apply for virtual asset service licenses in multiple regions, including Hong Kong VATP, Singapore MAS, Dubai VARA, Taiwan VASP, covering major markets in Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. After 2026, MyStonks will also expand compliance qualifications in emerging markets such as Malaysia and Kazakhstan, improve its global compliance network, and continue to solidify the foundation for internationalization and compliance development.
