Abstract generation in progress

REX-Osprey XRP ETF tracks the third largest crypto asset XRP, which is coded as XRPR, and is listed for trading in the United States along with DOGE ETF (DOJE). The ETF is registered under the 1940 Investment Company Act and adopts a compliance-focused structure similar to REX-Osprey's earlier SOL Staking ETF. Other companies like Bitwise and 21Shares are awaiting approval from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for their XRP ETF applications submitted under the 1933 Securities Act. The SEC recently approved the listing standards for crypto asset ETFs and the Grayscale Digital Large Cap Fund, indicating a more favorable regulatory stance. The Chicago Mercantile Exchange also plans to launch Solana and XRP options in October.
