The Baltic Dry Index fell for the second day on Tuesday, pressured by weak demand across all ship types. The Baltic Dry Index fell 129 points, or 7.35%, to 1627 points. The Cape Size Index fell 354 points to 2808 points. The average daily profit of Cape Size vessels decreased by $2929 to $23291. The Panamax Index fell 31 points to 1171 points. The average daily profit of Panamax vessels fell by $285 to $10536. The Supramax Index fell 10 points to 999 points.
