On March 18, PANews reported that the law firm Burwick Law has filed a lawsuit on behalf of its client in the New York Supreme Court against Kelsier Ventures, KIP Protocol, Meteora, and related parties regarding the LIBRA Token issuance. The class action complaint alleges that the defendants orchestrated an unfair Token issuance campaign, misled buyers, and harmed the interests of retail investors.
