For regular Crypto Assets investors, I would like to share some practical advice:
First, abandon the obsession with pursuing the perfect selling point. Every market cycle has an ending moment, and the key is to be able to lock in profits at a reasonable position. It is recommended to adopt a staggered selling strategy, gradually reducing positions, which is more realistic than pursuing a single best timing.
Secondly, long-term thinking often prevails over short-term operations. If you have enough confidence in a certain project, such as Bitcoin, then holding and experiencing market fluctuations may be a wiser choice. Many new investors in the market are overly focused on short-term returns, often resulting in heavy losses.
Position management is equally important. Do not blindly chase all the popular projects, but focus on one or two niche areas that you truly understand. Maintain a streamlined portfolio, ideally no more than 5 projects, as this makes it easier to track and manage risk.
Finally, it is very necessary to broaden your horizons. The Crypto Assets market does not exist in isolation; the trends of the US stock market, precious metals market, and macroeconomic policies will directly or indirectly affect the performance of Crypto Assets. Cultivating cross-market analytical skills will make your investment decisions more comprehensive and rational.
