Dear, funding is an important mechanism in Gate Futures Trading, used to ensure that the market price of Perptual Futures remains consistent with the Spot price. Funding is paid or received between long positions and short positions users holding the Holdings, rather than being paid to the Gate platform, so the platform does not charge any fees.
