The recent trend of Ethereum has attracted widespread attention from the market. After experiencing a strong surge, this mainstream cryptocurrency seems to have entered a critical crossroads.

From a technical perspective, Ethereum has shown a significant rebound after finding support at the mid-term trend line recently, but subsequently encountered resistance near the short-term supply line, leading to a price correction. Currently, Ethereum's movement is trapped between these two key lines, exhibiting some uncertainty in the short term.

It is noteworthy that the upward trend that began in late June has come to a pause, and Ethereum is now entering a mid-term adjustment phase. However, the specific direction of this adjustment process still has uncertainties. Analysts have mainly suggested two possible scenarios:

The first scenario is that Ethereum may continue to decline under the pressure of the short-term supply line and break through the medium-term supply line, completing the so-called 'Wave A' decline. This trend is likely to present a zigzag adjustment pattern.

Another possibility is that Ethereum receives effective support at the mid-term trend line, experiences a significant rebound after completing the 'A wave', and forms the 'B wave'. In this case, the price movement could be more complex, possibly forming a platform-type adjustment, and even a double top pattern.

In any case, investors need to closely monitor market trends, especially Ethereum's performance near these two key levels. At the same time, attention should also be paid to other macro factors affecting the cryptocurrency market, such as regulatory policies and institutional investor attitudes, as these can have a significant impact on Ethereum's medium to long-term trends.

In this market environment full of uncertainty, rational analysis and risk management are particularly important. Investors should develop corresponding investment strategies based on their risk tolerance and investment goals.
