Bitcoin (BTC), as the leader of the crypto assets market, has recently shown a magnificent performance. On August 22, influenced by the speech of Fed Chairman Powell, BTC soared to a high of 117,397.4. However, the good times didn't last long; just three days later, on August 25, the price sharply dropped to 108,666.66, leading to about 206,000 traders getting liquidated, with the market experiencing fluctuations close to 500 points.

This extreme volatility once again highlights the high-risk characteristics of the Bitcoin market. As the first decentralized crypto asset, Bitcoin has attracted attention since its inception. Its total supply is capped at 21 million coins, enabling peer-to-peer transactions through revolutionary blockchain technology, and it is hailed as "digital gold."

Looking ahead, Bitcoin may continue to oscillate in a high range. Its movement will primarily depend on the actions of large holders (commonly known as "whales") and the Fed's monetary policy. If Bitcoin can firmly stay above $118,000, it may open up further upward space. Conversely, if it falls below the support level of $108,000, it may trigger a deeper correction.

In this market where opportunities and risks coexist, investors should maintain a cautiously optimistic attitude. It is crucial to closely monitor market trends and seize the right entry opportunities. At the same time, one must always be vigilant about market risks, reasonably control positions, and implement effective risk management.

For friends interested in participating in Crypto Assets investment, it is essential to gain an in-depth understanding of market rules and improve one's analytical skills. In this rapidly changing market, only by continuously learning and keeping up with the times can one remain unbeatable in fierce competition.
