The SEC discusses encryption asset regulation issues with Robinhood.

On September 3, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's cryptocurrency working group met with Robinhood on September 2 to discuss regulatory issues regarding Crypto Assets. The discussion included trading tokenized securities and non-security Crypto Assets, as well as considerations for traditional securities tokenization under various regulations.
