Grayscale has submitted a revised S-1 filing, planning to convert its DOGE trust into an ETF, selecting Coinbase as the primary broker and custodian. If approved, the ETF will trade on the New York Stock Exchange Arca under the ticker GDOG. At the same time, Arca has proposed to amend Grayscale's Ethereum trust ETF to reduce regulatory requirements.
