The market has pulled back again, and it's unclear how long the volatile market will last, especially for Ethereum. Recently, the number of participants queuing to stake has not seen a significant increase; instead, the number of those queuing to exit remains high. Although not all of this exit queue represents selling pressure, a large portion should be staking service providers changing wallets. However, I believe that a substantial rally from the main players is likely to wait until this data is digested or close to being digested.
In terms of timing, the pump next month is the most in line with expectations. According to the four-year cycle, there are only a few months left for the market, and the golden time is only 1-2 months. Regardless of everyone's original positions, the reality we have to face is that we are currently in a relatively lively bull market. This is an objective situation, and it does not mean that we shouldn't acknowledge that the old altcoins haven't risen yet.
If it is a value asset, at this point in time, compared to last year's price, it has definitely increased a lot. If the coins you hold have not increased and have even dropped significantly, I can only advise you to cut your losses and at least stop wasting time and energy managing them. The crypto market is a fast-paced market, where many worthless assets are sifted out in each round. If our judgment is wrong, we should treat them as garbage and discard them. The next 1-2 months is also the best time to deal with these worthless assets.
If the expected big market movement occurs next month, I will continue to reduce my holdings according to the original plan, mainly in ETH. Conversely, if the market does not start, continues to consolidate, or goes down, I will continue to hold.
