The developers of Ethena have strengthened the project's ecosystem security with Hypernative Guardian.
The company Ethena has announced the implementation of Hypernative Guardian to protect its ecosystem at $15 billion. The solution will allow threats to be prevented even before transactions are executed through simulation and the configuration of flexible security policies. Now, every operation in the protocol is checked for risks, including phishing, address poisoning, and attempts to hack smart contracts.
Starting from May 2024, Ethena will use Hypernative tools for real-time risk monitoring, including tracking of depeggings, integrity checks of oracles, and identifying vulnerabilities in governance. However, the new phase of collaboration enhances protection at the transaction execution level, adding the ability to block suspicious or unauthorized actions before they enter the blockchain.
Guardian allows for transaction simulations and anomaly detection before signing. According to Hypernative, this tool has already saved more than $350 million user funds. Ethena noted that the integration of Guardian is particularly important for protecting high-risk operations, including multisig transactions.
