U.S. national debt nears $38 trillion, investors turn to Bitcoin and gold



According to Cointelegraph, U.S. national debt is nearing a record $38 trillion, with investors turning to safe-haven assets like Bitcoin and gold. The current U.S. national debt stands at $37.9 trillion, increasing by $69,890 every second.
U.S. Congressman Keith Self stated that the national debt will exceed $38 trillion in a matter of weeks and could reach $50 trillion within ten years, calling for urgent action. JPMorgan referred to Bitcoin and gold as "devaluation trades" last week, with Bitcoin reaching a new high of $125,506 and gold hitting $3,920.
Ray Dalio suggests that investors allocate 15% of their investments to hard assets like Bitcoin or gold. Global debt reached $337.7 trillion at the end of the second quarter.
