The so-called “open interest” of Solana has exploded to $13 billion. 🤯 An impressive figure that reflects how much money is betting on the future of this cryptocurrency. Analysts, those modern graph fortune tellers, talk about patterns like the “megaphone” and the “cup with handle,” suggesting that if SOL surpasses $250, it could shoot up to $1,000. Quadrupling… sounds tempting, right?

The reality behind the smoke… 🧐

But let's pause for a moment. While the speculators rub their hands together, I look at the real data and it doesn't add up. Activity on the Solana network has plummeted: transactions fell by an astounding 99% in the last month! Active wallets decreased by 22%. 📉

It reminds me of those trendy restaurants where everyone wants to take a picture at the entrance, but no one tries the food. Why are big investors still so enthusiastic when ordinary users flee? Do they know something we are ignoring or are they just inflating another bubble?
