Good news for the Bitcoin ecosystem. A crypto fund affiliated with a top venture capital firm recently invested $15 million in the decentralized Bitcoin protocol Babylon. This funding also reflects continued investor confidence in the Bitcoin Layer 2 ecosystem. Babylon, as a core protocol dedicated to enhancing Bitcoin's security and scalability, will use this funding to further accelerate its application development within distributed networks.

15 million USD invested in Babylon, it seems the big players still have confidence in BTC ecosystem expansion.

Invested $15 million, why hasn't it skyrocketed yet?

actually, if we examine babylon's value proposition through the lens of bitcoin's trilemma... 15m is solid but let's be real—security-focused layer 2s have been the narrative du jour. the real question? whether this actually moves the needle on btc's throughput or just another vc casino move. sources say otherwise though, so maybe i'm being too cynical lol
