Techub News reports that according to The Block, the Zcash Foundation stated that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has concluded its years-long investigation and has informed them that no enforcement actions or other changes will be taken. The foundation also mentioned that in August 2023, it received a subpoena from the SEC related to an investigation with the reference number "SF-04569" concerning "certain cryptocurrency asset issuance matters."
