Over the past six months, I have spent more than NT$100,000 on a personal trainer. I thought I would become a Super Saiyan, but I ended up becoming a super sore person. I train three times a week; today my thighs are sore, tomorrow my shoulders will be sore, and the day after my butt will be sore. My whole body takes turns being sore, and not a single day is completely pain-free.
