On February 4th, according to MLM monitoring, a certain entity has been continuously selling large amounts of ETH on Hyperliquid through 11 wallets to repay its loans on Aave: in the past 5 hours, the entity has sold 31,700 ETH (approximately $80.8 million); in the past 4 days, a total of 47,000 ETH (about $120 million). Currently, it still deposits 49,600 ETH (around $112 million) as collateral on Aave, while borrowing $86 million in USDC. As the price of ETH drops, this position has approached liquidation margin, forcing continuous ETH sales to repay debts in order to avoid being fully liquidated.
