Changjiang Communications Announcement: Wuhan JinKong Group holds 17,546,800 shares, accounting for 5.32%; the concerted action partner Xineng Industrial holds 3,307,700 shares, accounting for 1%; Wuhan Changfa holds 1,057,700 shares, accounting for 0.32%. In total, 21,912,200 shares, accounting for 6.65%. The three parties plan to reduce their holdings through centralized bidding from March 6, 2026, to June 5, 2026, by no more than 1,100,000 shares (0.33%), 1,130,000 shares (0.34%), and 1,057,700 shares (0.32%) respectively, with a total not exceeding 3,287,700 shares (1%).
