Five Below is set to open a new location at the Marketplace in Warsaw this fall, occupying a nearly 10,000-square-foot space between Bealls and Ollie’s Outlet. This opening, along with a future Hobby Lobby, will significantly increase the shopping center’s occupancy from 14% to almost 90%, according to John Murphy of Sullivan Wickley. The city of Warsaw and Mayor Jeff Grose were thanked for their support in revitalizing the Marketplace.
