Honeywell has filed a Form 10 registration statement, providing more details about the upcoming spinoff of its aerospace division. This move is a significant step in the regulatory process, with the offshoot expected to become a publicly traded company on Nasdaq under the ticker “HONA” in the third quarter of 2026. Honeywell aims to focus on its core industrial and automation segments, while the new aerospace entity, which generated $17.4 billion in sales in 2025, will concentrate on efficiency, safety, and connectivity in commercial and defense aviation.
