The appointment qualifications of Liu Fang, Chief Auditor of Shanghai Bank, have been approved.
Beijing Business Daily (Reporter Meng Fanxia, Zhou Yili) reported that on March 16, Shanghai Bank announced that it received the “Approval from the Shanghai Financial Regulatory Bureau Regarding Liu Fang’s Qualification for the Position of Chief Auditor at Shanghai Bank Co., Ltd.,” and the Shanghai Financial Regulatory Bureau has approved Liu Fang’s qualification for the position of Chief Auditor.
According to the resume, Liu Fang, male, born in January 1981, graduated from Wuhan University of Science and Technology with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, a master’s degree in management, and is a certified public accountant. He has previously served as a clerk and deputy chief clerk at the Financial Audit Department II of the Shanghai Office of the National Audit Office, as a deputy chief clerk and chief clerk at the Financial Audit Department I; deputy director (secondment) at the Pingwu County Audit Bureau in Mianyang, Sichuan; and held positions such as deputy director, director, and first-level investigator at the Financial Audit Department of the Shanghai Office of the National Audit Office, among others.
