After the CCTV “3.15” Gala aired, the State Market Supervision Administration issued a statement stating that an emergency response mechanism was quickly activated to deploy law enforcement actions against illegal activities. Chongqing, Chengdu, Tianjin, Hangzhou, Wenzhou, Shenyang, and other regions also released reports on their investigations and the handling of involved companies.
Chongqing: Investigation Launched into “Bleached Chicken Feet” Company
On the evening of March 15, the Chongqing Market Supervision Bureau issued a report.
The report stated that the CCTV “3.15” Gala exposed a Chongqing company for illegally using hydrogen peroxide to produce and process chicken feet. After the State Market Supervision Administration transferred the case clues to the bureau, law enforcement personnel at the city and district levels have entered the company to continue in-depth investigations. Currently, a case has been filed against the company for suspected illegal activities, involved products have been seized, and the company has been urged to recall the affected products proactively.
The Market Supervision Bureau will work with relevant departments to lawfully investigate and handle the illegal activities of the involved company, and will conduct comprehensive governance of food safety issues across the city. Focus areas include cracking down on the excessive and unauthorized use of food additives, further strengthening the primary responsibility of enterprises for food safety, regulating production and business behaviors of practitioners, and effectively safeguarding the public’s “safety on the tip of the tongue.”

Chengdu: Orders to Suspend Operations for “Bleached Chicken Feet” and “Exosome” Companies
On the evening of March 15, the Chengdu Market Supervision Bureau issued a report.
The report stated that the CCTV “3.15” Gala exposed issues related to “bleached chicken feet” and “万能神药 (Universal Miracle Drug) Exosomes,” involving Chengdu Shufu Xiang Food Co., Ltd., Mingyang Food Co., Ltd., and Jebosaier Biotechnology Co., Ltd. The Chengdu Municipal Party Committee and Government attached great importance, immediately forming a joint investigation team to carry out enforcement actions. The involved companies have been ordered to suspend production and business operations, and all related products and raw materials have been sealed. The investigation is ongoing.
The Chengdu Market Supervision Bureau said that based on the investigation results, they will handle and punish according to the “Four Strictest” requirements, strictly according to law and regulations. They will also conduct immediate special inspections citywide to crack down on illegal activities, publicly disclose findings, and resolutely protect consumers’ legitimate rights and interests.
Tianjin: Night Investigation and Handling of “Exosome” Company
According to Tianjin Yun on March 15, in response to issues exposed by the CCTV “3.15” Gala involving Haolin (Tianjin) Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Tianjin authorities attached great importance, immediately forming a joint investigation team composed of the Municipal Drug Administration, Health Commission, Public Security Bureau, and Market Supervision Committee. They conducted investigations and handling overnight to firmly crack down on illegal activities and protect the legitimate rights of the people.
Hangzhou: Investigation Launched into “Height Increase Scam” Company
On the evening of March 15, the Hangzhou High-tech Zone (Binjiang) Market Supervision Administration announced that the 2026 CCTV “3.15” Gala exposed the “height increase scam” by Anlishen Health Management Co., Ltd. The bureau responded swiftly, arriving at the scene to conduct investigations and handling. A case has been filed against the company, and evidence collection is underway. Further actions will be taken according to the investigation results, strictly following laws and regulations. The bureau is committed to cracking down on illegal activities that infringe on consumer rights and strengthening consumer protection.
Wenzhou: Enforcement Investigation at “Height Increase Scam” Company
According to the Wenzhou Lucheng Market Supervision Administration on the evening of March 15, the CCTV “3.15” Gala exposed issues involving companies like Dejiruui, suspected of false advertising related to “youth physical height increase.” The bureau immediately coordinated with relevant departments to conduct on-site enforcement investigations. They also organized industry-specific governance measures to effectively protect consumers’ legal rights.
Shenyang: On-site Investigation of “Private Domain Marketing” Scam Targeting Elderly
According to the Shenyang Market Supervision Bureau on the evening of March 15, the CCTV “3.15” Gala exposed issues involving companies Shengwei and Aoying. The Shenyang Municipal Party Committee and Government attached great importance, and the Market Supervision Bureau, together with relevant departments, immediately formed a joint investigation team to conduct on-site investigations.
