Hytera Communications(002583.SZ): Employee Stock Ownership Platform Plans to Transfer Its Holdings of Hydes Equity, a Controlling Subsidiary of the Company, to Company-Related Parties
Gelonghui, March 16 — Hytera Communications Co., Ltd. (002583.SZ) announced that Hytera Communications Limited (referred to as “Hytera”) is a controlling subsidiary of the company. As of the date of this announcement, the company holds an 80.23% stake in Hytera. The company’s controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Chen Qingzhou, directly controls Shenzhen Hynerde Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as “Hynerde”), which holds a 9.88% stake in Hytera. Shenzhen Hainengchuangda Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as “Hainengchuangda”) holds a 4.94% stake in Hytera. Based on mutual agreement, Hainengchuangda plans to transfer its 4.94% stake in Hytera to Mr. Chen Qingzhou personally for 91.09 million yuan. After the transaction is completed, Mr. Chen Qingzhou will directly hold a 4.94% stake in Hytera, Hainengchuangda will no longer hold any stake, and the company’s and other shareholders’ holdings in Hytera will remain unchanged.
