People Finance News, March 18 — According to the Enterprise Check App, Xinjiang Kumusu Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established with Yang Xiaoxin as the legal representative, registered capital of 50 million yuan, and business scope including coal mining; coal washing and processing; coal and coal product sales; coal-based activated carbon and other coal processing; new material technology research and development, etc. Enterprise Check's equity penetration analysis shows that the company is wholly owned by Xinjiang Tianchi Energy Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Tebian Electric Apparatus (TBEA).
