The General Administration of Customs released data on March 10 showing that in the first two months of 2026, China’s total foreign trade import and export value reached 7.73 trillion yuan, with a year-on-year growth rate returning to double digits at 18.3%.

Among them, exports totaled 4.62 trillion yuan, an increase of 19.2% year-on-year; imports totaled 3.11 trillion yuan, an increase of 17.1% year-on-year.

Overall, China’s foreign trade continued its steady growth in the first two months, further demonstrating resilience and vitality.
