People’s Financial News, March 18 — According to Shenzhen Release, recently, the Shenzhen Planning and Natural Resources Bureau issued three plans: the 2026 Construction Land Supply Plan, Land Consolidation Plan, and Land Reserve Plan. In 2026, Shenzhen’s construction land supply will focus on the goal of “good housing, good jobs, more convenient schooling and medical care, and a more comfortable life.” The plan will coordinate the revitalization of existing land and the supply of new land, promoting efficient use of land resources. This includes: precisely allocating residential land, with a planned supply of 90 hectares (55 hectares for commercial housing and 35 hectares for affordable housing), upgrading from “housing to live in” to “housing with quality.” Empowering new productive forces, the plan will supply 255 hectares of industrial land, adhering to a “market-oriented, no upper limit” approach, fully supporting the land needs of the “20+8” strategic emerging industries and future industries. Focusing on “seven priorities for people’s livelihood,” the plan will supply 713 hectares of land for public services and urban infrastructure, mainly supporting the construction to improve the overall level of education, healthcare, cultural and sports facilities, transportation, and municipal infrastructure, enhancing residents’ happiness.
