Xiaomi founder Lei Jun released the trillion-parameter large model Mimo-V2-Pro, ranked eighth globally and fifth by brand. He stated that Xiaomi's progress in the AI field is rapid, with investments exceeding 16 billion yuan. Mimo-V2-Pro supports ultra-long context, which helps improve the efficiency and applicability of agents, and has opened API services with competitive pricing.

Founder Lei Jun announced the release of the trillion-parameter large model Mimo-V2-Pro. It ranks eighth globally on the Artificial Analysis comprehensive AI model leaderboard. By brand, it is fifth worldwide, surpassing xAI Grok. Lei Jun stated that the model has just been completed, and in the near future, it will undergo rapid iteration and enhancement.

Lei Jun mentioned that Xiaomi is relatively low-key in AI, and actual progress may be much faster than what everyone sees. He said that this year, Xiaomi’s R&D and capital investment in AI will exceed 16 billion RMB. He believes that with continued investment, Xiaomi will deliver impressive results in the AI era.

According to the introduction, Xiaomi MiMo-V2-Pro is specially designed for high-intensity agent work scenarios in the real world. It has over 1 trillion total parameters (42 billion active parameters), uses an innovative hybrid attention architecture, and supports a 1 million token long context. Built on a powerful model foundation, it continues scaling computing power across broader agent scenarios, further expanding the intelligent action space, and achieving significant generalization from coding to Claw.

In intelligent agent frameworks like OpenClaw and Claude Code, MiMo-V2-Pro demonstrates excellent end-to-end task completion capabilities, capable of handling complex workflows, long-term planning, and precise tool invocation without human intervention, reliably delivering final results. Overall user experience has surpassed Claude Sonnet 4.6 and approaches Opus 4.6, but the API pricing is only 1/5 of theirs, lowering the barrier to access cutting-edge AI.

The MiMo-V2-Pro model API is now officially available, supporting a 1 million token context length, with tiered pricing based on usage:

Up to 256K context: $1 per million tokens for input, $3 per million tokens for output
Up to 1M context: $2 per million tokens for input, $6 per million tokens for output

MiMo-V2-Pro is now available on multiple platforms.
