People’s Financial News, March 18 — On the morning of March 18, the State Council Information Office held a press conference to introduce details about the 2026 Zhongguancun Forum Annual Conference. Vice Minister of Science and Technology Lin Xin announced that, with approval from the State Council, the 2026 Zhongguancun Forum Annual Conference will be held in Beijing from March 25 to 29. Lin Xin stated that this year’s forum will focus on the deep integration of technological innovation and industrial innovation. Several specialized forums will be held on cutting-edge fields such as 6G, brain-computer interfaces, and cell and gene therapy, to explore technological innovation and industrial applications in these areas. Additionally, events like frontier technology competitions and technology trading conferences will be organized to provide platforms for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
