Japan's Exports to the US Decline for Three Consecutive Months

People’s Financial News, March 18 — The Ministry of Finance of Japan announced on the 18th that Japan’s trade statistics for February show that exports to the United States have decreased year-on-year for the third consecutive month. The data indicates that exports of pharmaceuticals, automobiles, and auto parts declined, with Japan’s February exports to the U.S. falling 8% year-on-year to 1.75 trillion yen (1 USD ≈ 155.65 yen), including a 14.8% decrease in automobile exports.
