Securities Daily Network News: On March 16, Chen Guang Biological announced that due to development needs, the company has decided to change the legal representative and related registration information of its subsidiary—Chen Guang Biological Technology Group (Hainan) Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Hainan Chen Guang”). The relevant registration changes and filing procedures have been completed recently, and a business license has been issued by the Hainan Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau.
