Dollar General reports strong Q4 as earnings soar; same-store sales up 4.3%

Dollar General reported strong financial results for its fourth quarter, with earnings more than doubling and same-store sales increasing by 4.3%. The company plans to open 450 new stores in the U.S. and 10 in Mexico in fiscal 2026, alongside extensive store remodels. For the full fiscal year 2025, net sales rose 5.2% to $42.7 billion, with net income up 34.3% to $1.5 billion.
