TELD: Announced as Preliminary Bidder for Two New Energy Projects with Combined Amount of Approximately 121 Million Yuan
On March 17, Tritium (300001.SZ) announced that the company was the second candidate for the bid on the Three Gorges Energy 2026-2027 35kV box transformer framework procurement project and the pre-assembled substation volume procurement project for the Turpan Shanshan 1 million kW wind power project in Tuhar Oilfield. The estimated winning amounts are approximately 71.4278 million yuan and 49.96 million yuan, respectively, totaling about 1.21 billion yuan.
The company stated that as a leading domestic manufacturer of high- and medium-voltage prefabricated substation modules, it is committed to providing safe, efficient, intelligent, and reliable overall solutions for the construction of new power systems. Its products are widely used in new energy generation, power grid transmission and distribution, data centers, rail transit, petrochemical, coal mines, industrial and commercial parks, and new energy storage fields, gaining industry and customer recognition.
This bid is a recognition of the company’s prefabricated module products and technical capabilities, as well as an affirmation of its comprehensive solutions and service capabilities in the energy sector. The project execution will positively influence the company’s future operations and performance but will not affect the company’s operational independence.
