On March 25, China Guangfa Bank announced that starting from March 28, 2026, its mobile banking and personal online banking services will no longer provide the service of issuing time-specific personal deposit certificates. If you need a deposit certificate for a specific period showing your balance during that time, please visit a branch counter to apply. Guangfa Bank’s mobile banking and personal online banking will continue to offer the service of issuing point-in-time personal deposit certificates.

Deposits certificates issued through Guangfa Bank’s mobile banking or personal online banking before March 28, 2026, can still be verified for authenticity and validity by logging into the bank’s official website (www.cgbchina.com.cn) under “Online Quick Services” and using the “Online Deposit Certificate Verification” feature.
