Odaily Planet Daily reports that Particle Network, in collaboration with Privy, Dynamic, and Magic Labs, has jointly launched an upgrade plan for Universal Accounts based on EIP-7702. This plan allows developers to upgrade users’ existing EOA wallets directly to Universal Accounts without asset migration, enabling cross-chain unified balances, arbitrary token gas payments, and seamless cross-chain transactions between EVM and Solana chains, allowing any application to instantly access full-chain abstraction capabilities.
