【News Update】Jinmo Co., Ltd. Quality Management Center Holds "Quenching" Action for Precision Detection Technology Training of Laboratory Analysts
(Source: Jinmao Co., Ltd.)
Recently, the Quality Control Center of Jinmao Co., Ltd. organized a three-day specialized technical “quenching” training session for inspectors from Inspection Room 1 to Inspection Room 3, focusing on core testing projects for molybdenum disulfide product additives. The training aimed to strengthen frontline laboratory personnel’s skills and build a solid technical foundation for the company’s quality management.
The training closely aligned with the technical transfer needs of the business handover, precisely targeting the testing techniques for three key projects: industrial calcium hydroxide, industrial hydrochloric acid, and industrial hydrofluoric acid. Using a systematic training approach of “theoretical analysis + immersive real-world practice + operational iteration + closed-loop review,” the program effectively promoted a deep transformation of inspectors from “understanding procedures” to “precision operation” and from “knowing how to do” to “understanding principles.”
At the training site, technical backbone staff from Inspection Room 3 played a key role in mentoring, combining their rich experience to analyze detection principles, operational standards, error analysis, and safety points in detail. They especially focused on common operational difficulties and data deviations encountered in daily work, conducting pre-emptive demonstrations and explanations.
One-on-one practical exercises were the core of the technical “quenching.” At the laboratory benches, experience and new skills collided. Technical experts demonstrated the entire process and all key elements—ranging from precise instrument parameter adjustments, critical sample pretreatment techniques, to the “art” of reagent titration—each action was magnified, broken down, and explained. Trainee inspectors followed closely, providing immediate feedback, deepening understanding, and enhancing skills in an environment of “comparing, learning, catching up, and surpassing.” After daily training sessions, both sides conducted real-time review discussions, focusing on solving practical operational challenges and sharing experience and techniques, effectively transforming individual expertise into team capability.
Through rigorous assessments, all participants mastered the relevant testing skills proficiently, successfully achieving the training objectives. This “technical quenching” not only ensured a smooth transfer of testing operations but also systematically improved the professional quality and practical skills of inspectors, injecting solid technical momentum into the company’s product quality stability and reliability.
