Gelonghui March 24 | The three major A-share indices moved differently in the morning session. By midday, the Shanghai Composite rose 0.95% to 3849.34 points, the Shenzhen Component Index increased 0.26%, the ChiNext Index fell 0.79%, and the Beijing Securities 50 Index gained 1.02%. The combined half-day trading volume of the Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Beijing markets was 13,245 billion yuan, down 1,445 billion yuan from the previous day.
