People Finance News, March 25 — Yahua Group (002497) announced on March 25 that the company recently signed a Purchase and Sale Agreement with MGLIT EMPREENDIMENTOS LTDA (referred to as "MGLIT Company" or "Seller"). Yahua Group will purchase spodumene concentrate from MGLIT Company within five years after MGLIT Company's stable production of spodumene concentrate. The seller shall sell and deliver at least 120,000 dry metric tons of spodumene concentrate products to Yahua Group each contract year. The execution of this agreement will provide the company with multi-channel resource security for lithium salt product production.
