Changsha Evening News, Palm Changsha, March 17 (Correspondent He Qile) To thoroughly implement the theme of “Clear Financial Networks, Protecting Peace of Mind Consumption” by the State Financial Supervision and Administration Bureau, and to solidly carry out the 2026 “3.15” Financial Consumer Rights Protection Education and Promotion Campaign, Pudong Development Bank Changsha Branch recently focused on key groups such as ride-hail drivers, couriers, and food delivery workers—collectively known as “Two Drivers and Two Members.” Using the “Mobile Financial Station” as a platform, they delivered anti-fraud knowledge and financial literacy to frontline workers, building a solid line of defense for financial security through targeted education.
During the event, the Pudong Development Bank Changsha Branch Financial Education Promotion Team visited ride-hail parking areas and the Postal Express Ba Yi Collection and Delivery Department, conducting special education sessions for ride-hail drivers and couriers. Staff explained common scams such as telecom and internet fraud, fake investments, rebate schemes, impersonation of customer service for refunds, and illegal online lending, using simple language and real case examples. They emphasized the importance of “Not trusting blindly, not revealing information, not transferring money,” and advised against renting, lending, or selling bank cards and payment accounts, staying away from financial traps like “lease-to-own” schemes and high-interest temptations. On-site, they also promoted practical knowledge on personal information protection, rational consumption, payment security, and deposit insurance, distributed promotional leaflets, provided one-on-one consultation, and guided users to install and use the National Anti-Fraud Center APP, effectively enhancing the anti-fraud capabilities of “Two Drivers and Two Members.”
To expand the outreach and coverage, all branches of Pudong Development Bank Changsha actively coordinated with surrounding commercial districts, communities, and transportation hubs. They proactively connected with local “Two Drivers and Two Members” groups through in-branch education, outdoor presentations, and door-to-door services, extending the “Mobile Financial Station” into every corner of the city. Branches made full use of electronic screens, posters, and educational leaflets to create a strong promotional atmosphere, bringing financial services and rights protection directly to the people’s “doorsteps.”
