Appointed Zhang Dongmei as Deputy Director of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council; appointed Yang Weiqun as Deputy Director of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the Macao Special Administrative Region; appointed Yang Zhengwei as Deputy Director of the Development Research Center of the State Council; appointed Xu Bijiu as Vice Minister of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment; appointed Liu Haibo as Deputy Director of the State Agency Affairs Administration; appointed Zheng Yongqiang as Deputy Commander of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.

Removed Huang Liuquan from his position as Deputy Director of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the Macao SAR and as National Security Technology Advisor of the Macao SAR National Security Committee; removed Yang Weiqun from his position as Deputy Director of the China International Development Cooperation Agency; removed Zhang Yu from his position as Deputy Director of the State Agency Affairs Administration; removed Li Guo from his position as Deputy Commander of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.
