On March 20th, tax officer Hu Ling from Henan Wanhua Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. said happily, “I thought I would need to make a trip to Ningxia, but it was done in just six or seven minutes!” That day, at the Tax Service Hall of Xingqing District, Yinchuan City, the operation center for tax collection and administration interaction services used the “three-party connection” feature to remotely complete a cross-region pre-approval business for Hu Ling.

As companies expand their business scope, cross-regional tax-related transactions are increasing, and taxpayers’ demand for “off-site processing and nationwide services” is becoming more urgent. Yinchuan’s tax authorities rely on the interaction platform to create new service models such as “online collaborative processing” and “remote online handling,” establishing a three-in-one cross-regional response mechanism of “intelligent response + human service + remote assistance.” After taxpayers initiate a cross-region business application, the system matches the relevant local tax authorities, enabling direct three-party connection and multi-person co-processing, promoting tax and fee services from “local handling” to “off-site collaboration.”

Ningxia Jiehao Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. urgently needed to cancel feedbacked foreign economic certificates and red-issue invoices due to changes in external projects. After submitting their request through the interaction platform, the tax service staff immediately contacted tax authorities in the project locations such as Hongsi Fort, Litong District, and Tongxin County. Through multi-party online communication and coordination, the business that originally would have taken several days across districts was completed in just 20 minutes. The “one-window acceptance, backend circulation, and collaborative processing” model allows taxpayers to say goodbye to “multiple trips and repeated visits.”

With the deepening of tax and fee service transformation and upgrading, Yinchuan’s tax authorities are gradually integrating the interaction platform with the 12366 hotline for unified management, achieving efficient coordination of online consultation and business processing. The upgraded interaction system integrates functions such as identity verification, audio and video calls, electronic signatures, and document uploads, supporting multi-terminal access. When taxpayers encounter complex issues, they can switch to video call mode with one click to communicate face-to-face with tax service staff, enabling immediate response and precise resolution of difficult problems. In response to recent policies, the tax service hall provides remote guidance through the interaction platform and 12366 hotline to help taxpayers understand key points of new regulations such as input tax deduction, mixed sales tax rate application, and differential taxation rules, assisting enterprises in timely grasping policy changes and maintaining compliance.

From local services to regional collaboration, Yinchuan’s tax authorities will continue to build a “cloud bridge” for cross-domain tax processing, promoting regional economic development with smarter, more convenient, and warmer services.
