Abstract generation in progress

[Caixin] “SpaceX Starlink’s promotion of its services in various countries has increased global awareness and demand for satellite internet markets.” Huang Heping, General Manager of International Business Development at Galaxy Aerospace, pointed out in an interview with Caixin that although the current global satellite market demand is mainly led by China, the U.S., and Europe, in regions such as Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America, as Starlink services become more widespread, some countries are gradually proposing the need to develop their own satellite capabilities, creating opportunities for whole satellite exports.

Satellite internet refers to broadband networks built using satellites as communication relay nodes. It is not limited by terrain or landforms, enabling coverage of remote, oceanic, and polar regions, providing low-latency services comparable to ground networks, and serving as an important supplement for emergency communication during disasters and other special situations. The leading company in this field is SpaceX, Elon Musk’s commercial aerospace company. Its satellite internet project, Starlink, currently connects over 16 million users worldwide, with more than 10 million active monthly users.
