Due to the ongoing escalation of conflicts in the Middle East and the corresponding restrictions on maritime traffic through the Strait of Hormuz, to ensure the safety of your cargo transportation and maintain the stability of overall shipping operations, COSCO SHIPPING has decided, based on the latest risk assessment results, to suspend new booking services on related routes effective immediately until further notice. The scope of affected services is as follows: 1. Suspension of all new bookings from global to the United Arab Emirates (excluding Fujeirah and Haur Fakan), Qatar, Bahrain, Iraq, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (excluding Jeddah), and Kuwait. 2. Suspension of all new bookings from the United Arab Emirates (excluding Fujeirah and Haur Fakan), Qatar, Bahrain, Iraq, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (excluding Jeddah), and Kuwait to global destinations.
