Abstract generation in progress

The Quantum Interface Devices and Systems Team at the Beijing Institute of Quantum Information Science has made significant progress in the study of multimode cavity optomechanics based on silicon carbide thin film mechanical resonators. The research team revealed the control mechanism of mechanical modes in multimode cavity optomechanical systems, achieving high-precision analysis of asymmetric stress and high-fidelity state exchange, providing new approaches for high-precision characterization of asymmetric stress in thin film materials, multimode phonon quantum memory devices, and quantum network construction. On February 26, 2026, the related results titled “Exceptional Frequency Stability and Long-Lived State Exchange in Cubic Silicon Carbide Mechanical Mode Coupling” were published in npj Quantum Information.
